Renovation of a military facility in Nellis AFB, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and related services necessary to complete the renovation of Building 2340 for the 549 CTS Squadron at Nellis Air Force Base. Work includes the complete demolition and replacement of existing male and female restrooms with modernized full bathroom facilities. Additional work includes installation of new epoxy flooring in designated areas, upgrading lighting fixtures to LCD fixtures where required, painting interior walls, and completing all associated renovation tasks necessary to deliver a clean, neat, and professional finished appearance. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and include installation, testing, and completion of the renovation within the required period of performance.
