New Columbus Park Development - Phase 1 : The Work generally consists of improvements to the existing facilities which includes construction of ADA compliant paved parking stalls, an ADA compliant paved access path, basketball and pickleball court development, and project acknowledgement sign. The work locations are more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project drawings. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
