Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montgomery, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Township of Montgomery is accepting bids for the 2026 ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Project, which includes ADA-compliant pedestrian curb ramp upgrades; curb and sidewalk improvements; storm sewer repairs; drainage inlet casting retrofits; full-depth roadway reclamation on Pin Oak Road, Sheppard's Way, and Sunnyside Lane; slurry sealing on Wild Azalea Road (west portion) and Sweetwater Drive; and milling and resurfacing on Addison Avenue, Southfield Drive (cul-de-sac only), Raymond Lane, Amerman Lane, Scenic Hills Court, Harvest Moon Lane, Heather Lane, Holly Drive, Johnson Drive, Lake View Drive, Meadowbrook Lane, and Nassau Court. Work on all roadways included in the Contract shall include HMA base repairs, HMA surface course paving (except on roads designated for slurry sealing), temporary traffic control, traffic signage, pavement striping, and all other associated work necessary to complete the project. The Project also includes the replacement of storm sewer facilities along designated sections of Hollow Road. Question Deadline 08/11/2026 Every request for an interpretation shall be in writing, addressed to the Purchasing Agent. Email is the preferred method for asking questions, Questions should be sent to EngineeringBids@twp.montgomery.nj.us . In order to be given consideration, written requests for interpretation must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening date.
