Demolish existing Building 212 at Fort Stewart and provide design and construction services for a replacement 86-bed Permanent Party Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) barracks. The project will be delivered using a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Other Transaction (OT) Agreement under 10 U.S.C. 2808a and includes all work necessary to plan, design, and construct the new housing facility. The procurement uses a two-step Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process, with price not evaluated during Step 1. The project has a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) budget ceiling of $38,000,000 and a maximum total agreement duration of 900 days. Location: Fort Stewart, Georgia. PN 111716 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District (SAS), is seeking qualified DesignBuilders (DBS) to participate in a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) acquisition utilizing an Other Transaction (OT) pursuant to 10 U.S.C. _ 2808a for the demolition of the existing Building 212 at Fort Stewart, Georgia, and the design and construction of a replacement 86-bed Permanent Party Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) Barracks. The project includes demolition of the existing facility, design and construction of a new barracks facility, and procurement and installation of all required furniture, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E). The replacement facility will have an approximate gross area of 41,710 square feet and will comply with the 2025 Army Barracks Standard for Permanent Party Unaccompanied Housing, applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and industry standard building codes.
