Contractor Qualification The goal for this project is a minimum of five (5 ) percent MBE participation and five (5) percent WBE participation by State-certified MBES and WBES. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The scope of work is as follows: grading and site work for the construction of approximately 2900 square feet of ADA compliant stabilized aggregate pedestrian and vehicular pathways and the installation of a 380 square foot ADA compliant fundraising brick walkway located in the historic Garden of Sweet Remembrance at Prospect Park in Shrewsbury. Question Deadline 08/14/2026 All questions by prospective bidders as to the interpretation of the Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, or Bonds must be submitted in writing to the Town Engineer at the Municipal Office Building, Shrewsbury, at least Four (4) days before the date herein set for the opening of bids.
