Renovation of a military facility in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace twenty-one (21) exterior door assemblies on the main level of Building 635. Work includes replacement of existing exterior doors, frames, hardware, locking mechanisms, access control components, and adjacent infill systems in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. New exterior doors shall be commercial-grade aluminum stile-and-rail doors fabricated from 6063-T6 architectural aluminum extrusions. Door frames shall be aluminum, factory-fabricated, and fully compatible with the door system. Doors and frames shall receive a factory-applied baked-on powder coat finish, with field touch-up only as required. Finish colors shall match existing conditions. All work shall comply with WBDG 08 11 16, manufacturer requirements, and UFC life-safety provisions. The magnitude of Construction is provided $250,000 to $500,000 Question cut off date no later than 2:00pm CST on 18 August 2026 to jennifer.s.walker12. civ@army.mil. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
