The Complexity Factor for this project is 0 The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on November 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Bureau of Railroads Office in Chicago Phase I/II/III engineering support, along with comprehensive administrative and program management services, are required to advance a range of freight and passenger rail projects and initiatives administered by the Office of Intermodal Project Implementation’s Rail Division. The Consultant Program Manager (PM) will oversee and support multiple rail-related projects statewide.
