The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Strategic Program Management Office in Chicago The department intends to utilize General Engineering Consultant (GEC) staff augmentation resources to supplement and support internal capacity and provide specialized expertise in support of the Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO).
