Renovation of an educational facility in La Feria, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide labor, material , and equipment related to mechanical upgrades including but is not limited to, the replacement of DX split systems, with new hydronic AHUS, Chiller Plant, related ductwork, piping, valves, insulation, electrical and controls modifications. Provide controls upgrades as indicated. Proposals must be on a lump sum basis including General Contract and Mechanical work. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the largest possible total of proposals submitted must accompany each proposal in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract value will be required upon issuance of contract. The La Feria Independent School District reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bid proposals and to waive informalities or defects in submittal or to accept such submittal as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the District.
