Reference Number 0000432543 Pitkin County is qualifying interested parties for the provision of historic stair repair and masonry construction services at the Pitkin County Courthouse located at 506 East Main Street, Aspen, Colorado 81611. Question Deadline 08/07/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Questions and requests for clarification will only be accepted via email at procurement@pitkincounty.com.air Pitkin County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform repairs to the historic stone stair at the Pitkin County Courthouse located at 506 East Main Street, Aspen, Colorado 81611. The project consists of repairing and stabilizing the south entry stair (Main Street side) to address ongoing mortar deterioration along the stair run. The primary objective of this project is to develop and implement a durable repair solution that improves the longevity of the stair, reduces ongoing maintenance requirements, and preserves the historic character and materials of the Courthouse. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with this Scope of Work, the Contract Documents, and the Structural Drawings included as Exhibit A-Structural Drawings. The Contractor shall coordinate all work with Pitkin County, the Project Architect, the City of Aspen Historic Preservation Commission, and the Pitkin County Historic Preservation Officer as required.
