The project includes development of a community park featuring sports and recreation amenities, trails, open space improvements, utility infrastructure, site grading, landscaping, irrigation systems, gathering areas, parking, and related public improvements. The project is intended to provide recreational opportunities, community gathering space, and resiliencyfocused public infrastructure serving the Ridge community Lakeridge Park Community Center The Lakeridge Park Community Center is a planned multi-purpose recreation and community facility to be constructed as part of the larger Lakeridge Park development. Current planning documents contemplate an approximately 4,500 square foot community building designed to support recreation programming, community events, meetings, educational activities, and public gatherings.
