United Building Contractors, Inc. is requesting bids on the following project and would like your subcontractor bid. This project is for the construction of the Paradise USD New Maintenance & Nutrition Building. - The Scope of Work will include: Selective demolition, Concrete, Rebar, Metal Fabrications, Insulation, Non-bituminous Self-adhering Sheet Air Barriers, Sheet Metal Flashing and Trims, Joint Sealants, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Glazing, Louvers, Gypsum Board, FRP, Metal Stud Framing, Gyp Board, Stucco, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Plumbing Fixtures and Equipment, HVAC equipment and TAB reports, Electrical, Lighting and Lighting Controls, Fire Alarm and Security, Earthwork, Site Clearing, Site Concrete, Asphalt Paving & Striping, Irrigation and Planting, Site Utilities ***METAL BUILDING SUPPLIED BY OWNER*** The construction schedule is slated to run from June 2026 through December 31, 2026. The project is pursuant to AB566 Skilled and Trained Work Force requirements, and all subcontractors will need to comply.
