The work consists of roadway rehabilitation, including roadway excavation, asphalt concrete overlay, full depth recycling, applying a type II slurry seal, clearing and grubbing, removal and construction of concrete curbs, gutters, curb ramps, sidewalks, driveways, adjusting drainage facilities, monuments and utilities to grade, signing and striping, and other items of work as indicated on the project bid book and plans. Federal prevailing wage rates and HUD Section 3 requirements apply. There is no DBE goal for the contract. The work is funded by FEMA and HUD Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery funds.
