Replace damaged or deteriorated metal deck only where approved by the City using the unit price in the proposal form. Install new wood blocking as needed to match new insulation thickness. Install manufacturer-stated average R-30 tapered polyisocyanurate roof insulation at 1/4 inch per 12 inches, mechanically fastened to the existing metal deck. Install new 60-mil black non-reinforced EPDM membrane over insulation in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications for an adhered system. Flash all walls and penetrations with new 60-mil black non-reinforced EPDM membrane. Install walkway pads at roof access points where applicable. Install new shop-formed snap-on gravel stop and counterflashing fabricated from prefinished 24-gauge steel in a standard color selected by the City. Scuppers shall be stainless steel. Install new 60-mil TPO membrane over insulation in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications for a mechanically fastened system. Flash all walls and penetrations with new 60-mil TPO membrane. Install walkway pads at roof access points where applicable. Install new shop-formed snap-on gravel stop, drip edge, and counterflashing fabricated from prefinished 24- gauge steel in a standard color selected by the City.
