Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidental services necessary to remove and replace damaged awnings at the Emergency Room and Radiology entrances. Work includes replacing the Emergency Room entrance awning with a 4-foot wide by 24-foot high awning and installing a replacement support post as required, and replacing the Radiology entrance awning with a 6-foot wide by 13-foot high awning and installing a reinforcement post as required. Services include scheduling and coordinating work with designated facility personnel, protecting equipment and surrounding areas during performance, furnishing waste manifests as required, providing all necessary installation services, and supplying a minimum one-year warranty covering parts, labor, workmanship, and equipment.
