The Town of Carolina Beach wishes to secure Construction Engineering & Inspection (CE&I) services for the construction of bicycle and pedestrian enhancements along St. Joseph Street from North Lake Park Boulevard to the intersection with Lewis Drive and along Lewis Drive up to the intersection of Lewis Drive and Access Road (TIP No. EB-6039). The overall length of the project is 1.32 miles.
