Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in New Westminster, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to submit Proposals to replace an existing corroded Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) diversion gate within the Glenbrook Diversion Chamber at the Glenbrook Ravine Park in the City of New Westminster. To complete the installation of the CSO gate, a permanent gravity sewer by-pass system has been designed and constructed to safely divert live sewer flows to allow for the removal of the existing gate and installation of the acquired new one. However, due to unforeseen site conditions, the replacement of the CSO gate could not be completed. The Corporation is seeking alternative solutions to isolate the chamber and to install and commission the new gate. Documents can be obtained from https://metrovancouver.bidsandtenders.ca/
