Site work for a water / sewer project in Wauconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Improvements at Lift Station No. 15 including new submersible pumps with new discharge piping, guide rails, base elbows, wet well top, hatch & safety upgrade, and valves. Any bid submittal shall be accompanied by a certified , check, cash or bid bond, or an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to 5% of the Proposal amount. Any contract awarded under this Invitation for Bids will require performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Question Deadline 08/27/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any BID if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such BIDDER fails to satisfy the OWNER that such BIDDER is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the WORK contemplated therein.
