Clark Public Utilities (the Utility) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional engineering firms for the engineering design of the Paradise Point Well 2 & 3 pump and wellhouse. The scope of the project includes preliminary and final engineering design, specifications, contract documents, construction cost estimates, design reports, technical support, and construction support. The general scope of services shall also demonstrate the capability to perform construction inspection and assist with construction management.
