Remove the old sealant on 22 skylight windows and apply new sealant to ensure a watertight seal. SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish all necessary equipment, labor, parts, materials, supervision and other support services to fulfill the sealing of all 22-skylight windows at 4682 MTA Camp Edwards, MA. Set up fall protection o Set up fall protection to meet manufacture, State, and OSHA requirements Remove all old sealant Remove all damaged/compromised sealant on the skylight windows from the outside of the roof Clean all surfaces where sealant will be applied Apply Sealant Apply Sealant to all 22 skylight windows from the top side of the window, not from the inside of the work bays. Ensure sealant creates a watertight seal adequate for New England Weather
