Description

Outdoor lighting for a military facility in Sandwich, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a military facility.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to execute the works described below. Primary Parking Lot and Government Parking Lot (9 Poles) Demolition & Preparation Safely remove and dispose of the legacy High-Intensity Discharge (HID) luminaires and remaining damaged/standing light poles. Preserving the existing 9 concrete footings in place is mandatory. The Contractor shall inspect and verify the structural integrity of each footing. Clean, repair, and wire-brush the existing anchor bolts. Thread-chase the bolts to clear rust and debris. Apply zinc-rich cold galvanizing compound to restored anchor bolts. The Project consists of but is not limited to : Replace and upgrade the existing parking lot light poles and luminaires at the designated facility parking structures to Solid State Lighting ( SSL ) / Light Emitting Diode ( LED ) systems. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. Question Deadline 08/31/2026 at 10:00 AM ET
