This project is an indefinite deliveries quantity (IDQ) contract for stormwater drainage pipe and structures to perform small to medium scale projects. Projects range from emergency repairs, minor standing water, and smaller capital improvement program projects. All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Tuesday, September 15, 2026 4:00 pm Work to be Substantially Completed in: 365 calendar days Liquidated Damages: One million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per day A Bid Bond, certified check, or cashiers check made payable to the Treasurer, City of Norfolk, for five percent (5%) of total bid must accompany each bid. Performance Bond: one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) Payment Bond: one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) The City reserves the right to cancel the bid opening or to reject any or all bids in whole or part, when it is in the best interest of the City.
