The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project Budget: $17,000,000 - $27,000,000 inclusive of design and construction Description: Modernization of the Olive View Elementary School . Work to include modernization/reconfiguration of front offices; interior modernization of classroom buildings including painting, replacing flooring, updating casework, window coverings, tack walls, ceiling tiles, doors and door hardware, and removing outdated electrical infrastructure; replacement of existing library building ; replacement of K/TK classroom buildings; coating of roofs ; site improvements to include new asphalt paving and drop off location from Pear St.
