CUESD Community Day School New Modular Classroom Building & Sitework LLB Scope of work includes the demolition of existing classroom building, construction of a new modular classroom building with associated site work and ADA improvements. Subcontractor bids are requested for the construction of the new Community Day School modular classrooms and parking lot. The Scope of Work will include: Providing and installing new prefabricated modular classroom buildings on a concrete foundation system and associated sitework. The sitework consists of site demolition, earthwork / grading, site electrical, site and building data / telecommunications, site and building fire alarm system, underground utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving, handrails & guardrails, fencing & gates, landscaping & irrigation, site striping, survey, and erosion control. Construction schedule is slated for June 8,2026 through August 7, 2026 Bidders are instructed not to contact the District or Architect regarding this project and not to access the site without contacting United Building Contractors. The project is pursuant to AB566 Skilled and Trained Work Force requirements, and all subcontractors will need to comply. Participation of local and DVBE businesses is encouraged.
