Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Corning, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,454-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Rancho Tehama Elementary School New Modular Classrooms CUESD RANCHO TEHAMA NEW MODULAR 2-WING CLASSROOM BUILDING & SITEWORK LLB Scope of work includes the construction of new modular classroom buildings with associated site work and ADA improvements. The Scope of Work will include: providing and installing new prefabricated modular classroom buildings on a concrete foundation system and associated sitework. The sitework consists of site demolition, earthwork / grading, underground utilities, site concrete, handrails & guardrails, fencing & gates, landscaping & irrigation, site striping, survey, and erosion control. Construction schedule is slated for March 9,2026 through August 9, 2026. Do not contact the District or Architect regarding this project. Do not access the site without contacting United Building Contractors (UBC). Project is pursuant to AB566 Skilled and Trained Work Force requirements, and all subcontractors will need to comply.
