All requests shall be made by email with the subject line of Fourth Street Resurfacing Project. All Addenda will be uploaded to www.publicpurchase.com and the City of Corning website. It is the bidder's responsibility to verify receipt of all Addenda and submit signed copies with their proposals. Oral explanations are not binding. There is a mandatory pre-bid walk-thru at the project site. Contractors must pay prevailing wage rates as determined by the State of California and provide bid, labor and material, and performance bonds. Each bidder must be appropriately licensed in California and registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. Estimated Budget $644,297.69 The scope of work for Fourth Street Rehabilitation Project consists of pavement maintenance, pavement rehabilitation, rolled curb and gutter, removal and replacement of valley gutters, and striping for the stretch of Fourth Street from South Street to Fig Lane.
