Question Deadline 04/29/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed via email to the District to facilities@cuesd.net. Questions received less than SEVEN (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening bids may not be answered. The project consists of replacing the existing fire alarm system with a Silent Knight system at Maywood Davinci Middle School. Bids must be submitted electronically. Requirements for bidders include a valid California C-10 Contractor's License, DIR registration as a public works contractor, 10% bid security, and 100% performance and payment bonds. This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and DIR compliance monitoring. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
