Question Deadline 09/09/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Email to AJ Thorne at ajthorne@ci.sandy.or.us The goal of this project is to provide design and support construction for the expansion of the Jarl Road WWTP. The City has contracted with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. (Stantec) to serve in the role of the Program Manager for SCWP. The City has prepared a Facility Plan Amendment describing the recommended upgrades to address the requirements of the Consent Decree and increase the plant capacity to treat future flows and loads. The scope of this project is to design and construct the recommended improvements. See Attachment A for the 2026 Facility Plan Amendment. Anticipated activities and services requested by the City to be provided by the Consultant are as described below. Proposers are encouraged to identify additional efforts they feel are required or may be beneficial to complete this work.
