Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Sandy, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Improvements to Sandy City Hall at 39250 Pioneer Blvd, Sandy OR 97055 to incorporate additional safety provisions into the upstairs city hall offices and modify the layout of existing office spaces. Only bids from Oregon Licensed Contractors will be accepted. The contract is for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148). Bid proposal packets must be delivered to the City of Sandy at 39250 Pioneer Boulevard, Sandy, Oregon 97055, and addressed to Kelly O’Neill Jr., Development Services Director, no later than 1:00 PM, March 10, 2026. Submissions received after the specified time will not be accepted.
