Reference Number 0000434314 The 50 x 100 operations and maintenance building, located at 1670 Bauman Road, Columbus, MI 48063, is being completed in phases extending through 2027. The current phase does not include the office/breakroom area. Additionally, Parks will be providing stub outs for the fuel station and well. The scope of work for this phase shall include the following: 1. Service main conduit, cable, 200A breaker at MDP, hand holes, panel PP-1, and assoc hardware 2. Lighting (Int & Ext) w/conduit, wire and assoc hardware 3. Receptacles w/conduit wire and hardware 4. Disconnects w/conduit wire and assoc hardware 5. Pull down cord reels w/conduit wire and assoc hardware 6. Exhaust Fan, CO detectors, w/conduit wire assoc hardware 7. Pole Light w/conduit wire and assoc hardware The following is provided for clarification: An exterior emergency service disconnect, will be installed due to the extended distance to MDP. The office is not part of this phase, but the wall between the office and the shop will be construct by third party for mounting electrical equipment. Fuel Depot is not part of this phase. The service for it will be ran to a junction box to be located at the SW corner of the building. Romex is not allowed. MC cables and conduits will be concealed, surface conduits not allowed. RFP Wall Panels (fabric liner) will be 3/8" thick. Finish surface of boxes should extend beyond the timbers this allowance. See page A-011, Detail wall Type 1B. NO power is needed for OH doors in storage area. Eliminate PP 1-42 and PP 1-43 runs and mark breakers spare at panel. # 3/0 AWG conductor and ground for this distance will be up sized to #4/0 AWG in 3" conduit. This will help cover voltage drop and will still fit lugs. If you would like to directional bore instead of digging and placing conduit for the service, it will be at no additional cost to Parks. Well and Septic Service are not part of this phase.
