Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manistee, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; for paving for a fire / police facility; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Machine grading and asphalt paving of Duffy Park parking lot; excavation, grading, and construction of a new asphalt parking lot at Morton Park; site improvements at Fire Station including concrete, asphalt, and limited drainage and underground storm sewer work. The Project includes the following Work: Division A - Machine grading and asphalt paving of the existing gravel parking lot of Duffy Park. Division B - Excavation, grading, and construction of a new asphalt paved parking lot at Morton Park. Division C - Site improvements to the Fire Station property including concrete, asphalt, and limited drainage and underground storm sewer work.
