West Shore Community College is seeking voter approval for a continuation of its long-standing capital millage across five counties in western Michigan to fund campus-wide capital improvements and facility upgrades. The proposed millage would generate approximately $4.1 million annually over a 10-year period and support projects including new instructional equipment, expansion of the agricultural science lab in partnership with West Shore Educational Service District and Michigan State University, renovation of the student services area, and roof replacement for the technology centre.
