Site work and paving for a civil project in Manistee, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and road / highway.
Division A - Full road reconstruction of 14th Street, Maywood Avenue and 15th Street from Care Center Drive to Vine Street The project consists of drainage swales, machine grading, upgrading permanent signing, HMA paving and minimal concrete work. Division B - HMA cold milling and resurfacing of Maple Street from 12th Street to Memorial Drive (excluding the Maple Street Bridge), HMA cold milling and resurfacing of 1st Street from Maple Street to Cypress Street (US-31), and upgrading permanent street name signs from S. Lakeshore Drive to Maple Street. Division C - Butt joint milling, structure adjustments, and HMA overlaying of miscellaneous City streets. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to Lucas Richardson at lucas.richardson@spicergroup.com.
