Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Anna Maria, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of two new ADA-compliant public beach walkovers at Elm Avenue and Spring Avenue, including all labor, materials, equipment, and site restoration required to complete the structures. The project shall be bid as one Base Bid. The Base Bid shall include all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permitting, inspections, erosion protection, temporary protection, documentation, disposal , incidentals, and all work necessary to construct both walkovers in accordance with the plans and specifications. Any comments, questions, or requests for clarification, interpretation, or additional information concerning the ITB shall be submitted in writing by e- mail to the Purchasing Agent alarowe@cityofannamaria.com, at the contact information below. The deadline for submitting questions is September 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
