Furnish, install, and remove an approximately 95-foot temporary one-lane bridge over the Mad River, including construction of paved approaches. SCHEDULE: The CONTRACTOR shall provide a schedule of construction and the sequence in which the CONTRACTOR proposes to carry out the work, with dates at which they will start the several salient features of the work and the contemplated dates for completing the same at the time of the preconstruction meeting. The project completion date is 11/1/2027. LOCATION OF WORK: Moretown, Lovers Lane Road, Moretown Coordinates: 44.300084N, -72.698448W DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor will furnish, install, and remove a temporary one lane "Bailey Bridge" or equal approximately 95 feet long, 16' wide with guardrail and paved approaches (2" thick),. The temporary bridge will be constructed over the existing bridge currently used by pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles. It will extend approximately 10' beyond each end of the current bridge to allow temporary support construction. It will have HS25 load capacity. See attached documents for more details.
