Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sparta, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.

Limit - 05M N Montgomery St to N Co LINE The pavement and structure need treatment to extend their service lives. Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 15.76 miles of STH 27 from 0.05 north of Montgomery Street to the north county line north of the City of Sparta in Monroe County. Design an anticipated 5 inch mill and 5 inch overlay. Additional work includes evaluating curb ramps, updating curb ramps to current standards, and replacing culvert pipes. Structure B-41-167 will receive a concrete overlay. Real estate acquisition may be needed for curb ramps. Anticipated Construction Cost:$10,000,000-$10,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
