Renovation of a military facility in Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Mobile Command Post Floor Repair. Questions pertaining to this RFQ are due by 25 August 2026 / 10:00 AM PT Email Questions to: 1Lt Chantal Henry (Contracting Specialist) at chantal.henry.1@us.af.mil and Ms. Samantha Gorman (Contracting Officer) at samantha.gorman@us.af.mil. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to remove existing floors from identified E2S2 units, clean, inspect, and install new sections . Units can be delivered to workplace within 30 miles of Fairchild AFB, or the contractor, at their expense, can schedule to have the units picked up from Fairchild AFB by an individual of their choice that passes Air Force security requirements. Services will include but are not limited to floor removal , installation prep, assembly, and installation of new floors. Upon completion, the contractor will provide a fully operational and structurally secure floor panel, and all work shall be performed in accordance with all Federal, State, local laws and regulations, manufacturer's recommendations and requirements set forth in this Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall coordinate with the 22 TRS point of contact, Logistics shop at 509-247-2495, the date, time, and location for the units to be delivered. Work shall be completed and all actions required to present the E2S2 units for acceptance within 60 days after delivery/pick-up of the last unit.
