The Riverview Drive and Downtown Benton Harbor Redevelopment Plan is a long-term downtown and waterfront redevelopment initiative in Benton Harbor focused on restoring buildings, supporting new business activity, improving walkability, and creating an active waterfront district with amenities and activities for residents. The final public meeting has been held, and the project carries an estimated construction value of $22 million. Marianne Cusato of the Notre Dame School of Architecture Housing & Community Regeneration Initiative participated in presenting the vision.
