Site work and renovation of a military facility in Ft Richardson, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Description of Work: State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) - Facility Management Office (FMO) State Funded Federal Aid The purpose of this project is to sustain the exterior roof & envelope of Bryant Army Airfield Building 47430 (Hangar 1 ). The base scope of this project will include hiring a contractor to replace the facility roof and envelope (siding/trim and address cracks/voids in the exterior concrete walls as well as paint existing concrete walls, door, windows, hangar doors, and ladders a new color). The plan is to do a one for one replacement, matching existing roof slope, material, etc. If any deficiencies are found then we will address those as too. additional funds are available, there are add/alts to entirely replace the windows & doors. Contractor will provide all design , engineered drawings, materials, equipment, permits, tools, labor, travel , licenses, insurance, disposal , and all other expenses to complete the project detailed herein A bidder may direct questions concerning bidding procedures and requirements to: Email: scott.higbee@alaska.gov Phone: 907-428-7175
