Grounds maintenance services for Ft. Sill National Cemetery under a single-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Services include large-scale cemetery grounds maintenance on 120+ acres, including mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, trash and debris removal, and chemical applications for turf and ornamental landscape maintenance. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, equipment, vehicles, supplies, products, materials, licenses, and permits necessary to perform the required services while maintaining the dignity, appearance, and operational standards of the national cemetery. Work requires demonstrated experience operating equipment around headstones, monuments, trees, water features, and other cemetery assets without causing damage. The contractor shall provide qualified key personnel, including an on-site supervisor with at least five years of relevant grounds maintenance supervisory experience and a licensed Oklahoma Commercial Pesticide Applicator with Qualified Supervisor certification in Category 206: Turf Pest Control. Performance must be coordinated to avoid interference with funerals, ceremonies, processions, burials, and visitors, and all work must be conducted with special care, reverence, dignity, and respect for cemetery grounds, gravesites, headstones, markers, and human remains.
