Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Elkins, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and incidental items necessary to complete the MOF CMNC Generator Replacement project. Work includes removal and proper disposal of the existing standby generator and installation of a new 30 kW propane standby generator and a new 200-amp automatic transfer switch. All work shall be completed in accordance with the SF1442, continuation sections, and all associated attachments. Magnitude: between $25,000 and $100,000 The Contractor shall begin performance within 7 calendar days and complete it within 45 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document This project is for generator replacement construction services for the Cranberry Mountain Nature Center on the Monongahela National Forest . Work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of the existing standby generator and installation of a new 30kw propane standby generator and 200 -amp automatic transfer switch .
