Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Lansford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of a new concession stand at Ashton Park. LOCATION: All work is to be completed at the Ashton Park Concession Stand, Lansford, PA. The Contractor is welcome and encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. 1-remove existing barbed wire from on top of roof and fence. Seal eaves and gables to prevent insect infestation. 2- Removal of any existing nests and to close off 3 -- remove both roof fans and vents and seal roof penetration to prevent leaking. 4- Re-Point deteriorated end block and masonry joints with masonry materials. 5 -- Install three new GFCI electrical outlets by the sink and appliance. 6 -locate and install a new water line under ground and replumb the concession stand. 7 install a 3 bay stainless steel commercial sink 8- install a new stainless steel service counter for commercial appliance. 9- replace appliances making sure all are commercial. 10 - put in new ansul system and remove vent over appliance. 11 - put new steel door on and new outside counters locking system. 12 - fix electric in pavilion; put in a grill and new table and chairs for community use. 13 - take down tree at main gate of Ashton park. 14 - get electric socket for entrance of park for outlets 15 - fix concrete outside the concession stand on sides and back, fix and repair all concrete outside of concession stand.
