The Work consists of constructing electrical infrastructure and associated site improvements for the San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District Transportation Department EV Bus Charger Project, DSA Application No. 01-122947. A. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Installation of District-furnished switchgear and meter-main equipment. 2. Installation of District-furnished transformer and electrical subpanels. 3. Installation and connection of District-furnished electric bus-charging stations. 4. New underground electrical conduits, conductors, pull boxes, grounding systems, and related electrical infrastructure. 5. Construction of concrete retaining walls equipment pad. 6. Site demolition, excavation, trenching, backfilling, compaction, paving, and restoration. 7. Remodeling of the existing restroom to provide an accessible restroom. 8. Construction of accessible parking and related path-of-travel improvements. 9. Installation of required signage, pavement markings, wheel stops, bollards, and other site accessories. 10. Coordination with the serving electrical utility and other authorities having jurisdiction. 11. Testing, startup, commissioning, labeling, and verification of the completed electrical and charging systems. 12. All incidental labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, and related work required to provide a complete and operational installation as shown or reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents. B. District-furnished equipment shall be received, inspected, protected, stored, assembled, installed, connected, tested, and commissioned by the Contractor unless specifically indicated otherwise in the Contract Documents.
