Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construction of cast-in-place drilled pier foundations for transmission line structures. PROJECT SCOPE The Contractor, under this Contract, shall deliver to the City of Piqua, a complete and working product as described in these specifications and as indicated in the document section (Form of Proposal). Each of the major items of equipment for the proposed electric service is separately described under bid item numbers in this division of the specifications and whether all miscellaneous components of each item such as anchor bolts, mounting screws, terminal connections, etc. are listed with the major equipment item or not, it is the intent of this specification and the responsibility of the bidder to provide all necessary miscellaneous items for providing a complete and operable substation ready for energization
