The project is located at: North Pine Street from West 1st Street to West 5th Street, including the intersections of Pine Street with 2nd Street, 3rd Street, and 4th Street. The work to be done under this contract consists of the following along North Pine Street from West 1st Street to West 5th Street, including the intersections of Pine Street with 2nd Street, 3rd Street, and 4th Street in the City of Phoenix in Jackson County, Oregon. The proposed work on North Pine Street will generally consist of placing a 2-inch asphalt concrete pavement overlay over the existing roadway surface and replacing existing non-compliant ADA ramps with compliant ADA ramps. In areas where the existing pavement or underlying subbase appears compromised or shows signs of structural failure, the roadway will receive localized subbase repair and then replacing asphalt to match grade of the rest of the 2 overlay. The limits of localized pavement repair will be identified based on observed field conditions. Remove existing striping, and install new striping; perform traffic control; and conduct construction surveying. Placement of 2-inch asphalt concrete pavement overlay, replacement of non-compliant ADA ramps, localized subbase repair, striping removal and installation, traffic control, and construction surveying.
