Question Deadline 03/30/2026 Questions concerning this RFQ/P shall be directed to the Single Point of Contact via email at trautmah@jacksoncountyor.gov Jackson County, through its Facility Maintenance Department, is accepting proposals for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for a proposed 28,000 square foot Dog Control Facility located adjacent to Kingsley Drive, Medford, OR 97504. The requirements consist of providing CM/GC services for preconstruction, and then, upon approved GMP, construction and construction management services. The total estimated budget including site work, construction and related items, and soft costs is $15,000,000. All proposals received in proper form will be publicly opened at the specified time and place. Proposals entered after that time will not be accepted. The County may reject for good cause any or all proposals or may waive any informalities in proposals, all in its sole discretion, if it is in the public interest to do so. Instruction to proposers and all other contract documents may be inspected at the address provided during regular business hours or on the Jackson County website. Proposers must register and obtain official RFP documents through the Jackson County website. Each proposal must contain a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120. All proposals are subject to the applicable requirements of ORS Chapters 279, 279A, 279B, 279C and 701, and the regulations of Jackson County Facility Maintenance. All work is subject to ORS Chapters 279C.800 to 279C.870. The proposer must be registered in good standing with the Construction Contractors Board as required by statute.
