Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Secaucus, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the expansion of a road / highway and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be performed under this contract includes the milling and resurfacing of American Way from Meadowland Parkway to Enterprise Avenue and Hartz Way from American Way to Lot #1, 100 Secaucus Road. Contract work includes minor curb, sidewalk, ADA curb ramp improvements, replacement of regulatory and warning signs and drainage improvements. The project also includes the narrowing of American Way westbound, and construction of sidewalk along American Way and extend sidewalk on Hartz Way to improve pedestrian network. Principal items of work in the project include: 20,485 S.Y. HMA Milling, 3" or Less 2,835 TON Hot Mix Asphalt 12.5M64 Surface Course 810 L.F. 15" Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Class V 1,055 S.Y. Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick 3,160 L.F. 9" x 18" Concrete Vertical Curb 1 Unit 12' X 5' Chamber with Inlet, Type B Casting All drainage work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed by January 15, 2027 with all remaining contract work completed by May 28, 2027, Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
