The Contractor shall provide all professional services necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specified requirements and shall submit a quote and technical proposal, including separate estimates for the Base work and both options. The Contractor shall furnish all skilled labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision required to remove and demolish existing concrete and install new concrete drainage approximately 6 feet by 48 feet by 6 inches deep at Building #11. Work includes all required landscaping and site preparation, fill material, compaction, and installation of a minimum 1/2 -inch rebar in accordance with applicable slab requirements. The drainage shall be graded to direct runoff toward the north elevation, and grooves shall be cut into the concrete to the satisfaction of the onsite COR. Option 1 includes demolishing and removing the existing concrete pad on the south side of Building #28, approximately 25 feet wide by 30 feet long by 6 inches deep, and installing a new concrete pad. The Contractor shall provide all associated landscaping, fill, rebar, and materials, cut grooves into the concrete on slopes consistent with the existing conditions, reinstall the drainpipe, and perform work around the pea rock roof area. Option 2 includes removing and demolishing existing concrete sections on the east side of Building #12 and installing a new concrete ramp approximately 28 feet by 90 feet by 6 inches deep. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, landscaping, site preparation, fill, compaction, and minimum 1/2 -inch rebar required for the work. The ramp shall be poured to match the upper ramp elevation area, and heavy grooves shall be cut to match existing conditions, subject to the satisfaction of the onsite COR. Existing railings shall be removed and replaced with new railings secured within the new concrete installation.
