Site work, paving and new construction of a water / sewer project in Seatac, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.
The scope of Work includes the construction of approximately 5,200 LF of 8-inch, and approximately 800 LF of 4-inch ductile iron water main including new fittings, valves, hydrants, blowoffs, air/vacuum assemblies , services, and other water-related appurtenances. Work also includes mobilization, temporary erosion and sedimentation control (TESC), construction surveying, temporary traffic control , connection to the existing water system, saw cutting, HMA trench patch, planing bituminous pavement, HMA overlay, existing pipe removal and abandonment, surface restoration , traffic signal system restoration, and other related work.
