Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Little Ferry, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a wastewater treatment plant.

The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to complete rehabilitation of the four (4) existing gravity thickener tanks and the mixing tank at the Little Ferry Water Pollution Control Facility. The elements of the project primarily include, but are not limited to, the following: Removal and disposal of accumulated sludge, debris, and residual materials. Temporary containment and protection. Abatement, handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous materials. Substrate surface preparation. Structural repair of steel tank surfaces and effluent launder channels. Replacement of effluent weir systems. Application of steel and concrete protective coating systems. Refer to contract documents for a complete scope of work Question Deadline 09/25/2026 at 5:00 PM ET No oral interpretation of the meaning of the specifications will be made to any bidder. Every request for an interpretation must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids.
